Job summary

Sheetz is seeking a hands-on Supervisor to lead a dynamic store team. You will deliver excellent hospitality, manage daily duties, and set a positive example through energetic leadership.

You’ll mentor teammates, ensure accurate orders, monitor stock and merchandising, and maintain a clean, welcoming environment. Night shifts carry a $1.50/hr premium, with comprehensive benefits available.

Qualifications

• Ability to multitask and lift up to 20 pounds (40 pounds with assistance).
• Must be 18 years of age or older.

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers to our stores with greetings and top-tier customer service.
• Serve food and beverages to customer specifications in a safe, fast and friendly manner.
• Mentor and coach your work team to prioritize tasks and work as a cohesive unit.
