Sheetz is seeking a Supervisor to lead a high-energy store team and deliver exceptional hospitality to every customer. You will supervise daily operations, coach teammates, and ensure accurate food and beverage preparation to meet customer specs while maintaining a fast, safe, and friendly environment.

Qualifications

• Ability to multitask and perform repeated bending, standing, and reaching, with lifting up to 20 pounds and assisting 40 pounds.
• Must be 18 years of age or older (VA state law requires Supervisors to be 21 years of age or older for certain tasks).

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers to our stores with greetings and top-tier customer service
• Make magic happen by serving up quality food and beverages made to exact customer specifications in a safe, fast and friendly manner
• Mentor and coach your work fam to prioritize tasks and rock it as a Team Member
• Keep an eye on the goods in-store to make sure that products are ordered, merchandised, rotated and readily-available for our customers
• Keep things clean in the store, kitchen, and dining areas
