Sheetz is hiring a Supervisor to lead our store team with energy and a strong team mentality. You’ll deliver hospitality to customers and help the team prioritize tasks to run smoothly.

The role includes mentoring teammates, maintaining product availability, and ensuring a clean store environment. Evening and overnight shifts are common, with growth opportunities and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older (VA state law requires Supervisor’s to be 21 years of age or older for certain tasks).
• Ability to multi-task, bend, stand, reach, and lift up to 20 pounds; assist lifting up to 40 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers with top-tier service.
• Prepare quality food/beverages to customer specs quickly and safely.
• Mentor and coach teammates to prioritize tasks and work as a team.
• Ensure products are ordered, merchandised and available for customers.
• Keep store, kitchen and dining areas clean.
