Sheetz is seeking a Supervisor to lead our store team with high-energy and a strong team mentality. You will engage customers with hospitality, ensure quality food and service, and mentor staff to execute tasks with precision. Eligible candidates enjoy a comprehensive benefits package and growth opportunities.

There is an additional $1.50/hr for working 10pm–6am. This on-site role requires the ability to multi-task, lift up to 20 pounds, and assist with heavier lifting as needed.

Qualifications

• Ability to multi-task, stand, bend, and lift up to 20 pounds; assist lifting up to 40 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers with friendly greetings and top-tier service.
• Serve food and beverages to order accurately and efficiently.
• Mentor and coach team members to prioritize tasks.
• Monitor in-store stock, merchandising, and product availability.
• Keep store, kitchen, and dining areas clean and organized.
