Job summary

Safeway in Grants Pass, OR is seeking a Person In Charge to lead store operations in the absence of management. You will supervise staff, ensure excellent customer service, and maintain profitable store performance during night shifts.

Responsibilities

• Replace stock in displays near checkout.
• Assist in maintaining a clean and safe work environment.
• Operate cash register and process payments.
• Receive payment and make change.
• Bag groceries and assist customers with carry out.
• May close out the day and count tills.
• Other duties as assigned.
