Job summary

Walmart is seeking a results-driven leader to manage and develop store teams in Riverdale, GA. You will guide training, drive sales, oversee budgeting, and ensure exceptional customer service through the OBW model.

You will hire, mentor, and evaluate hourly associates, promote a culture of belonging, and implement process improvements to deliver a high-quality customer experience across the store.

Qualifications

• 2 years of college; OR 1 year retail experience and 1 year supervisory experience; OR 2 years general work experience and 1 year supervisory experience.
• Bachelor of Science in Business Management and Leadership through Live Better U and Bellevue University is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Leads and develops teams by teaching, training, listening to associates, touring stores, and providing feedback.
• Drives financial performance by reviewing PL statements, budgeting, forecasting, and controlling expenses.
• Ensures customer needs and complaints are resolved and promotes a culture of belonging and integrity.
