Qualifications

• 2 years’ of college; OR 1 year’s retail experience and 1 year’s supervisory experience.
• For facilities that sell firearms, CBC and Firearms Authorized Training may be required.
• Associates will be required to attend and successfully complete all job-required trainings and assessments (for example, Academy trainings, Open Door trainings, etc.)
• Preferred Qualifications include a Bachelor of Science in Business Management and Leadership and experience supervising 5 or more direct reports.

Responsabilités

• Leads and develops teams effectively by teaching training and providing feedback to associates.
• Drives store financial performance including budgeting, forecasting and controlling expenses to meet sales and profit goals.
• Ensure customer needs and issues are resolved following Walmart's One Best Way service standards.
• Recruit, hire and mentor associates to meet staffing needs and promote a culture of belonging.
