Job summary

Qualifications

• 2 years’ of college; OR 1 year’s retail experience and 1 year’s supervisory experience.
• For facilities that sell firearms, CBC and Firearms Training may be required.
• Associates will be required to attend all trainings and assessments.

Responsibilities

• Leads and develops teams effectively by teaching, training and listening to associates.
• Drives customer service initiatives and ensures high-quality customer experience.
• Manages store operations, budgeting, forecasting and expense control.
• Coordinates plans with stakeholders and supports change initiatives.
