Qualifications

Responsibilities

Drive store sales by reviewing P&L, budgeting, forecasting, and controlling expenses.
Ensure customer service excellence using Walmart's OBW service model and resolve issues promptly.
Supervise hourly associates, set clear expectations, recognize performance, and promote belonging.
