Responsibilities

• Supervise hourly associates and develop them through hiring, training and mentoring.
• Assign duties, set clear expectations and recognize performance.
• Promote a belonging mindset and recruit qualified staff to meet staffing needs.
• Lead teams by teaching, training, and feedback; communicate store operations and goals.
• Drive store performance by managing P&L, budgeting, inventory and customer service.

2 years’ college / 1 year retail + 1 year supervisory / 2 years general work + 1 year supervisory
