Job summary

H-E-B in Spring, Texas is seeking a Night Stocker to join our grocery/drug store teams. You will stock shelves, load and unload products, and ensure accurate shelf labeling while learning multiple departments during night shifts.

You will collaborate with team members to meet nightly goals, assist customers in locating products, and uphold food safety standards in a fast-paced store environment.

Qualifications

• 18+
• Experience stocking and in customer service preferred
• Ability to lift up to 86 lbs in dairy/frozen sections and manage heavier items

Responsibilities

• Stocks shelves, refills displays
• Loads, unloads, and moves heavy, bulky products; may unload trucks
• Condtitions shelves and products
• Learns/applies product knowledge to meet standards
• Keeps department clean and organized
• Follows SOPs and leader direction
• Ensures food safety/sanitation standards are met
• Works with team to meet productivity standards
• May coach/train other stockers
• Assists customers in locating products
