Job summary

H-E-B is seeking a Night Stocker to join the Grocery or Drug Store team. You will stock shelves, refill displays, and learn multiple departments during nightly shifts, offering growth opportunities across the store.

You will work with a team, follow SOPs, and help customers locate products while maintaining safety and cleanliness. A physically demanding role requiring lifting and weekend/holiday availability.

Qualifications

• 18+ years old as required by policy.
• Experience stocking and customer service preferred.

• SOPs and safety procedures knowledge or willingness to learn.
• Ability to work overnight shifts, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Stock shelves and refill displays across grocery, drug store, and related areas.
• Load, unload, and move heavy products; assist with restocking and shelf maintenance.
• Keep shelves clean, organized, and properly labeled with rotation dates.
• Apply product knowledge and SOPs; follow leader directions and standards.
• Assist customers, locate products, and answer questions; support cross-department needs.
