Job summary

H.E.B. is seeking a Night Stocker to join our Grocery/Drug Store teams in Texas. You will stock shelves, rotate products with attention to freshness, and assist customers while learning multiple departments across the store.

This role supports nightly goals and requires a team-oriented mindset. You’ll work heavy lifting routines, learn SOPs, and potentially coach other Stockers. This position offers opportunities within a large footprint store environment and night shift teamwork with a focus on

Qualifications

• Understanding SOPs and guidance related to emergency procedures, proper stocking, etc.
• Strong communication, reading and writing skills.
• Excellent organization and time-management abilities.
• Customer service mindset and service-oriented approach.
• Ability to perform repetitive, physical tasks and lift heavy items.
• Team player with the ability to work overnight shifts and nights.

Responsibilities

• Stock shelves, refill displays and prepare back stock.
• Load, unload, and move heavy products; may unload trucks.
• Ensure shelves are clean and properly rotated with correct labeling.
• Learn product knowledge to support store standards and SOPs.
• Assist customers and help locate products across departments.
• May coach or train other Stockers as needed.
