H-E-B is seeking a Night Stocker to join our grocery team. You will stock shelves, refill displays, and assist with unloading goods while maintaining orderly back rooms and shelves. The role emphasizes product knowledge, safety, and a team-driven approach to meet nightly goals.

Candidates should be comfortable with night shifts, be able to lift heavy items, and provide excellent customer service. Experience in stocking and customer interactions is preferred, with adherence to SOPs and safety

Qualifications

• Experience stocking and in customer service is preferred.
• Ability to perform repetitive, physical tasks including heavy lifting.
• Comfort with night shifts and weekend/holiday schedules.
• Understanding of SOPs and safety procedures.

Responsibilities

• Stock shelves and refills displays.
• Load, unload, and move heavy items; may assist with truck unloading.
• Keep shelves, back room, and displays clean and organized.
• Learn product knowledge and apply rotation dates and labeling info.
• Work with team to meet nightly goals and exceptional standards.
• Assist customers in locating products and answering questions.
