H-E-B is seeking a Night Stocker to join our Grocery or Drug Store departments. You’ll stock shelves, learn product knowledge, and maintain store standards while working the night shift with a team-driven approach.

You will support customers by locating products and answering questions, and collaborate across departments to meet nightly goals. The role emphasizes safety, efficiency, and compliance with SOPs in a fast-paced store environment.

Qualifications

• Stocking and customer service experience preferred.
• Ability to perform repetitive, physical tasks and lift up to 86–100 lbs depending on department.
• Forklift/power jack training provided upon hire.

Responsibilities

• Stock shelves, refill displays.
• Load, unload, and move heavy products; may unload trucks.
• Condition shelves and products.
• Learn product knowledge and maintain A+ standards.
• Keep department clean and organized.
• Assist customers in locating products and answering questions.
• Provide customer service and hospitality with store partners.
• Work with team to meet nightly goals.
• May coach or train other stockers.
• Adhere to SOPs and leadership direction.
