Job summary

Walmart in Mineola, TX seeks a store leader to guide teams, drive sales, and deliver exceptional customer service using the One Best Way model. You will coach hourly associates, manage operations, and implement business solutions with clear expectations.

Responsibilities include supervising staff, coordinating plans with stakeholders, and ensuring a welcoming, belonging-focused workplace while meeting store goals. Some travel or relocation not required.

Qualifications

• 2 years’ of college; OR 1 year’s retail experience and 1 year’s supervisory experience.
• For facilities that sell firearms, CBC may be required and background checks may apply.
• Associates will attend and complete required trainings and assessments.
• Preferred: Bachelor’s degree via Live Better U and Bellevue University.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop teams through training and feedback with clear expectations.
• Drive store financial performance by budgeting, forecasting and controlling costs.
• Ensure exceptional customer service and resolve issues effectively.
