Job summary

Qualifications

• 2+ years retail experience with 1+ year supervisory experience OR 2 years general work with 1 year supervisory experience.
• Bachelor’s or higher in business/leadership is preferred.
• Experience leading teams and customer service initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Leads and develops teams by teaching, training, and giving feedback.
• Drives store financials by reviewing PL statements, budgeting, forecasting, and reducing expenses.
• Supervises hourly associates, hires, trains, and mentors; promotes belonging in the workplace.
• Ensures policy compliance and Open Door policy execution; upholds Walmart values and integrity.
• Attracts and retains talent, develops accountability, and fosters a high-performance environment.
• Delivers customer-first results by applying EDLP/EDLC models and improving processes.
