Job summary

Walmart North Olmsted, OH is seeking a store leader to drive performance by teaching, coaching, and listening to associates while guiding store operations, merchandising, and customer service initiatives. You will lead change, set clear expectations, and implement business solutions in collaboration with all levels of staff, ensuring a high quality customer experience.

Qualifications

• 2 years’ of college; OR 1 year’s retail experience and 1 year’s supervisory experience.
• Associates will be required to attend and successfully complete all job-required trainings and assessments.

Responsibilities

• Leads and develops teams by teaching training and actively listening to associates and providing feedback.
• Manages store operations, budgeting, forecasting and controlling expenses in designated area.
• Ensures customer needs and issues are resolved and drives customer service initiatives.
