Qualifications

• 2 years of college; OR 1 year retail experience and 1 year supervisory experience.
• For facilities that sell firearms, CBC and Firearms Authorized Training may be required.
• Associates will attend required trainings and assessments (Academy trainings, Open Door trainings, etc.).
• Bachelor’s/leadership qualifications may be preferred in some regions.

Responsibilities

• Leads and develops teams by teaching, training, and listening to associates.
• Drive store performance by reviewing budgets, forecasting, and controlling expenses.
• Ensure customer needs and complaints are resolved with a high-quality experience.
• Develop action plans to improve operations, merchandising, and shrink control.
