Responsibilities

Leads and helps develop store teams by teaching, training, listening to associates, touring stores and providing feedback; communicates store objectives and business solutions.
Drives store financial performance by reviewing P&L, budgeting, forecasting, controlling expenses, ensuring merchandise presentation and inventory flow, and achieving sales and profit goals.
