• Associates will be required to attend and successfully complete all job-required trainings and assessments (for example, Academy trainings, Open Door trainings, etc.).

Responsibilities

• Leads and develops teams by teaching training and providing feedback to associates.
• Drive store financial performance by managing budgets, forecasts and expenses.
• Provide supervision and development opportunities for hourly associates.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and uphold Walmart values and integrity.
• Support staffing needs by hiring, training and mentoring associates.
