Qualifications

• 2 years of college OR 1 year of retail experience and 1 year of supervisory experience OR 2 years general work experience and 1 year of supervisory experience.
• For facilities that sell firearms, the position may require successful completion of a firearms-specific background check and firearms training.
• For facilities that sell only ammunition, there may be state-specific requirements such as a Certificate of Eligibility.
• Associates will be required to complete all job-required trainings and assessments (e.g., Open Door training).

Responsibilities

• Leads and develops teams by training, listening to associates, touring stores, and providing feedback.
• Drive store financial performance by reviewing PL statements, budgeting, forecasting, and controlling expenses.
• Ensure customer service excellence by upholding OBW service model and resolving customer issues.
• Supervise and develop hourly associates through hiring, training, mentoring, recognition, and creating a belonging mindset.
• Coordinate tasks and build relationships with stakeholders to meet customer and business needs.
