You will oversee staffing, training, and day-to-day operations to achieve sales and profit goals while maintaining store standards and integrity.

The role emphasizes associate development, adherence to company policies, and leading business initiatives across departments to support community needs.

Competenze

• 2 years’ of college; OR 1 year’s retail experience and 1 year’s supervisory experience; OR 2 years’ general work experience and 1 year’s supervisory experience.
• Firearms CBC and state-specific requirements may apply for certain facilities.
• Attending and completing required trainings and assessments (e.g., Academy trainings, Open Door trainings).

• Leads and develops teams by training, feedback, and coaching to ensure customer service excellence.
• Drives store financial performance by managing PL statements, budgeting, forecasting, and controlling expenses.
• Oversees merchandising, inventory flow, and shrink reduction to meet sales and profit goals.
• Ensures compliance with policies and supports integrity and ethics.
• Provides opportunities for hourly associates and fosters a culture of belonging.
