• Associates will be required to attend and successfully complete all job-required trainings and assessments (for example Academy trainings, Open Door trainings, etc.).
• For facilities that sell firearms, CBC and Firearms Authorized Training may be required.
• For facilities that sell only ammunition, a current state issued Certificate of Eligibility may be required.

Responsibilities

• Leads and develops teams by teaching training, providing feedback, and guiding associates to implement business solutions and store objectives.
• Drives store financial performance by monitoring sales, budgeting, forecasting, and controlling expenses while ensuring merchandise presentation and operations run smoothly.
