You will work in a team, learn core retail processes, and participate in merchandising and stocking with a focus on accuracy and efficiency. The role emphasizes physical tasks, friendly customer interactions, and the ability to work overnight shifts to prepare the store for the day ahead.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service is a plus.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment.
• Comfort with lifting and manual tasks.

Responsibilities

• Stock shelves with a variety of food and grocery products.
• Move product from pallets or carts to the correct shelf locations.
• Pull backstock and dispose of cardboard and trash in designated back-room areas.
• Work closely with leadership to ensure assigned areas are completed on time.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment.
• Provide friendly, respectful interactions with customers when needed.
• Work overnight shifts to prepare the store for the day ahead.
• Support other tasks as needed to keep operations running smoothly.
