Meijer Inc. is seeking a Stocking Clerk to join our store team. This entry-level role focuses on stocking shelves, maintaining product availability, and providing friendly customer service to ensure a great shopping experience.

You will work in a fast-paced retail environment, follow store procedures, and collaborate with leadership to keep shelves organized and ready for customers, including overnight shift preparation.

Qualifications

• Customer service oriented with a friendly attitude.
• Ability to follow processes in an organized, efficient way.
• Comfort with learning and using basic technology.
• Willingness to perform physical tasks and lift up to 50 lbs.
• Experience with pallet jacks or forklifts is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Stock shelves with a variety of food and grocery products.
• Move products from pallets or carts to shelves accurately.
• Pull backstock and dispose of cardboard and trash in back areas.
• Work with leadership to complete areas on time.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment.
• Provide friendly, respectful interactions with customers.
• Work overnight shifts to prepare the store for the day ahead.
• Support other tasks to keep operations running smoothly.
