Qualifications

• Able to follow written and verbal instructions with confidence.
• Use basic math skills, including fractions, decimals, and percentages.
• Communicate clearly with customers and teammates in a friendly, helpful way.
• Stay organized and keep up with the pace of a busy overnight shift.
• High school diploma or equivalent required; up to six months of similar or related experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and help them find what they need.
• Assist customers with finding products, reaching items, carrying heavy purchases, and relaying feedback to the team.
• Unload trucks, stock shelves, rotate product for freshness, and organize backroom storage.
• Monitor for mis-picks, stock outs, and wrong deliveries; report issues promptly.
• Tag shelves with overstock and restock drawers; maintain backroom efficiency.
• Report new or different items to the scanning coordinator for system input.
