Responsibilities

• Provide prompt, efficient and friendly customer service with care and patience.
• Greet customers and address them by name when possible.
• Assist customers by guiding them to products and loading items.
• Unload trucks, stock shelves, rotate products and monitor for miss-picked items.
• Work with team to ensure customer satisfaction and a pleasant environment.
• Adhere to store guidelines and report to work on schedule.
