Job summary

SpartanNash, located at 1163 U.S. 31 North, Petoskey, MI 49770, is seeking a stock associate to work independently to display and stock products and contribute to the store's financial health through efficient operations.

You will assist in receiving, unloading, and stocking, rotate and merchandise shelves, and ensure products are properly displayed while following guest experience, PPE, safety, and food safety guidelines.

Qualifications

• Retail or related experience preferred.
• Ability to read, write, comprehend, and interpret documents.
• Basic mathematical skills.
• Detail oriented and accurate in tasks.

Responsibilities

• Assist in receiving, unloading, and stacking merchandise in the back room.
• Fill, rotate and merchandise shelves, cases and displays on sales floor.
• Notify the manager if products and supplies need to be ordered.
• Handle spoiled/damaged products per guidelines.
• Maintain clean, attractive, and well-stocked departments.
• Follow PPE, safety, and food safety guidelines.
• Support additional tasks in other departments as needed.
