Job summary

Los Angeles Football Club (LAFC) is hiring a full-time Overnight Safety Supervisor to lead security operations at BMO Stadium for events in the greater Los Angeles area.

The role oversees overnight officers, ensures visitor safety, and coordinates post orders and communications across shifts. A high school diploma is required; a bachelor’s degree is preferred, with 1–2 years in security and strong MS Office/Google Workspace skills. Flexible nights and weekends are expected.

Qualifications

• High school degree required; bachelor’s degree preferred.
• 1–2 years of experience in a security-related field.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Detail oriented with the ability to multi-task and meet deadlines.
• Must have a flexible overnight schedule (10 PM–6:30 AM) and weekends/holidays as needed.
• Experience with C-Cure or Avigilon is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Oversee BMO Stadium Overnight Officers and security command post operations, including post orders.
• Ensure the safety of all visitors at BMO Stadium.
• Manage daily pass-down sheets and shift communications.
• Maintain high level of communication within the department regarding event details and shift changes.
• Supervise safety operations of daily events and manage equipment/inventory.
• Develop event day packets and deployment sheets as necessary.
• Assist in event day execution and other duties as assigned.
