Responsibilities

• Monitor alarms, cameras, and dispatch communications; document and communicate security concerns and incidents.
• Coordinate response activities by dispatching officers and contacting emergency services as directed.
• Respond calmly to incidents and maintain accurate incident logs and records.
• Conduct regular monitoring of the premises and report unusual activity.
