Qualifications

• Highschool diploma or equivalent.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Previous grooming experience preferred.
• Heavy Equipment operating experience required.
• Strong mechanical knowledge of equipment.
• Valid driver's license.
• Must be available to work night shifts.
• 40 hours per week.
• Must be at least 21 years old.

Responsibilities

• Safe operation of a Pisten Bully 400 snowcat including: daily checkout and inspection of machines; correct start-up and shutdown procedures; tiller and blade operation; efficient operating practices.
• Learn grooming theory and techniques; be familiar with Brundage Mtn. trail system; understand changing snow and weather conditions.
• Fill out daily grooming log.
