Job summary

Powder Mountain is seeking dedicated Snowcat Operators to groom trails, beginner runs, and terrain parks during night shifts. You will safely operate snowcat equipment, perform pre/post operation checks, and communicate with the grooming team to maintain optimal snow conditions.

The role requires 21+ years old, a valid driver's license, and completion of internal Snowcat Operation Training. You will work outdoors at high altitude with strict safety protocols and team support.

Qualifications

• Must be 21+ years old.
• Valid driver’s license required.
• Completion of internal Snowcat Operation Training and Groomer Level I.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate snowcat machinery and attachments.
• Perform pre-operation and post-operation checks.
• Coordinate with dispatch and grooming team to maintain designated areas.
