Job summary

UCHealth Central Park Medical Center in Denver, CO is seeking a Sleep Technologist to care for patients undergoing sleep studies and sleep disorder treatment. This is a nights, onsite role with pay $29.54-$44.31/hour based on experience.

Responsibilities include preparing equipment, performing tests, scoring results, and educating patients. Requirements include HS diploma, preferred polysomnography or respiratory therapy program, and BRPT/RBPT certification or NBRC licensure; BLS/CPR

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• Graduate of Polysomnography or Respiratory Therapy program preferred.
• RPSGT or NBRC-registered RRT; state licensure if required by law.
• BLS/CPR certification through AHA or Red Cross valid through start date.

Responsibilities

• Prepare equipment and interview patient to identify sleep disorder issues.
• Perform testing and any required additional testing.
• Score, interpret and report sleep study results; educate patients.
• Prepare, calibrate, repair, and maintain testing equipment.
• Work with minimal supervision in a fast-paced environment.

Education

High school diploma or GED
