Job summary

SSM Health St. Anthony Hospital - Shawnee is seeking a Sleep Lab Technician to perform diagnostic sleep studies, assist in evaluating and treating patients with sleep disorders, and support a high standard of patient care in a busy hospital Sleep Lab.

You will prepare patients and equipment, monitor testing overnight, apply EEG, EOG, EMG, airflow, and oximetry sensors, and document and score results for physicians.

Qualifications

• No experience required.
• Requires good patient interaction and precision.
• Night shift availability with rotating schedule.

Responsibilities

• Prepares patient and equipment for testing and explains procedures.
• Performs and documents testing while monitoring the patient.
• Applies EEG, EKG, EMG, EOG, airflow, and oximetry sensors.
