Qualifications

• Requires a high school diploma or GED.
• Previous supervisory or leadership experience in security preferred.

• Ability to work independently while guiding a team.
• Must pass a comprehensive background screening and licensing where applicable.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily security operations at the client site.
• Provide guidance and mentorship to Security Officers.
• Maintain client relationships and ensure high levels of service.
• Oversee post orders, incident reports, and security records.
• Monitor surveillance and access control systems; respond to events and alarms.
• Schedule staff to ensure adequate site coverage and efficiency.
