The role emphasizes leadership, decision-making, and customer service in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will oversee security staff, coordinate schedules, maintain strong client relationships, and ensure compliance with company policies while maintaining a safe site.

Qualifications

• Must meet the minimum age requirement as required by state law or contract.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• Previous supervisory experience in security, military, law enforcement, corrections, or a related field is preferred.
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently while leading a team.
• Must pass a comprehensive background screening.
• Must meet all state licensing requirements, where applicable.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily security operations and guide Security Officers.
• Conduct exterior patrols to maintain a safe perimeter and address safety concerns.
• Monitor video surveillance and camera systems and respond to events and alarms.
• Operate access control systems and maintain accurate entry records.
• Maintain post orders, incident reports, and operational logs.
• Serve as liaison between GardaWorld, the client, and staff; build client relationships.
• Supervise, mentor, and train Officers; schedule staffing for coverage.
• Promote safety culture and ensure timely emergency response and documentation.
