Job summary

GardaWorld in New York, NY is seeking a Site Security Manager to oversee daily security operations, manage personnel, coordinate with the client, and ensure compliance with security protocols. This role includes scheduling staff, performing site inspections, and addressing issues promptly.

Ideal candidates bring 3+ years in supervisory security, experience with Windows, MS Office, driving, and a valid license; CPR/First Aid and OSHA certifications preferred.

Qualifications

• Authorized to work in the United States.
• High school education or equivalent (GED).
• 3+ years in a Supervisory Role (Military, Law enforcement, or Security).
• 3+ years hands-on experience with Windows 10, MS Word, Excel, Email, typing, etc.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the site's schedule, payroll, attendance, guard performance, and vehicle maintenance.
• Coach, counsel, and issue corrective action as needed.
• Coordinate with Site Client and Client Service Manager to ensure satisfaction.
• Provide training to guards on monthly training and new client protocols.
• Ensure guards clock in/out accurately.
• Demonstrate strong technology, writing, front desk, and vendor/contractor coordination skills.
