Job summary

SBM is seeking a Night Site Supervisor in Philadelphia for a 10p-5a shift. The role oversees safety, staffing, and operations across sites, ensuring OSHA and sanitation compliance while coordinating with team members and contractors.

The ideal candidate has 6 months to 1 year of related experience, a high school diploma or GED, and may require forklift certification and a valid driver’s license. SBM offers comprehensive benefits and equal opportunity employment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED or equivalent.
• 6 months to 1 year related experience and/or training.
• May require valid driver’s license and forklift certification.

Responsibilities

• Supervise site staff and coordinate safety and operations.
• Train, supervise, and instruct employees in tasks, safety, policies, and procedures.
• Inspect areas, equipment, and working conditions for sanitation and OSHA compliance.
• Prepare and submit reports (pass down, weekly, monthly).
• Track inventory, maintenance, and supplies; monitor PPE usage.
• Communicate with customers and contractors; address issues.
• Possibly travel to different sites; drive as needed.
