Gold Star Foods is seeking an Assistant Night Shipping Manager to supervise warehouse staff, ensure safety, and coordinate nightly operations. The role reports to the Night Shipping Manager and works within a fast-paced shipping department.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; related degree preferred.
• Knowledge of NCR WMS is a plus.
• Experience with material handling equipment is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate daily warehouse activities and staff.
• Ensure productivity, safety, and compliance with OSHA and internal policies.
• Maintain records, reporting, and documentation for operations.
• Collaborate with other departments and customers to improve processes.
• Support maintenance scheduling and safety inspections.
• Demonstrate flexibility in scheduling and assist other departments as needed.
