Job summary

HelloFresh in Colorado, Aurora is seeking a Shipping Associate to oversee receiving, warehousing, and shipping operations in a cold-storage facility. You will work Thursday to Sunday, 7:00pm–5:30am, following GMP/SQF and PPE protocols while operating material handling equipment.

You will palletize, verify labels, load pallets, and record data in inventory systems, collaborating with cross-functional teams to resolve bottlenecks and ensure accurate outbound shipments.

Qualifications

• Proficient in operating material handling equipment and safety protocols.
• Familiar with GMP/SQF standards and PPE/hygiene policies.
• Able to maintain accurate pallet counts and inventory records.
• Comfortable working in a cold-storage environment with long shifts.

Responsibilities

• Palettize boxes and build stable loads per shipping specs.
• Verify cartons with carrier lanes and labeling.
• Transfer pallets to shipping dock and record pallet data.
• Inspect trailers, perform safety checks, and document findings.
• Coordinate pallet placement and lane assignments across departments.
