Job summary

Qualifications

• Must be 21 years of age.

• Ability to meet physical needs including restraining youths up to ~200 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Implement security procedures per Operations Manual.
• Supervise and monitor residents in all activities on and off the unit.
• Supervise recreational activities and meal distribution.
• Conduct intake and termination procedures; keep logs and records.
• Maintain policies and procedures; attend staff meetings and trainings.
• Intervene to prevent crises as per Behavior Management Policy.
• Work as part of a team; secure coverage with PIC approval.
• Report suspected child abuse to supervisor.
