Job summary

Lactalis USA in Casa Grande, Arizona is hiring a Packager / Palletizer to support yogurt production by inspecting, packaging, and palletizing finished products following quality and safety standards. The role includes ensuring products are prepared for storage and shipment, with a starting pay of $19.80 per hour and 12-hour shifts (6:00 PM–6:30 AM) in a 2-2-3 rotation.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED with 3–6 months related experience.
• Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions and document manufacturing data.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly.

Responsibilities

• Pack yogurt containers on the line by machine or hand packing.
• Organize products from production line into patterns or layers for palletizing.
• Stack products onto pallets to required height and stability.
• Maintain cleanliness and safety standards in assigned areas.
