Job summary

Lactalis US Yogurt, Inc. in Casa Grande, Arizona, seeks a Quality Assurance Lab Technician to evaluate raw materials, products, and processes to ensure quality and safety in yogurt production.

The role starts at $21.00 per hour on 3rd shift (10:00 PM–06:30 AM) with benefits, including a 401(k) match, medical/dental/vision coverage, FSA & HSA programs, and education assistance. Candidates should have a High School diploma and some QA lab exposure.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED; 3–6 months related training in a food manufacturing lab/QA.
• Experience in a clean environment with aseptic methods and basic bacteriological culture knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Perform food safety and quality responsibilities per plant procedures.
• Collect and analyze samples from yogurt production and approve for production or distribution.
• Monitor sanitation, start-up, and performance of production equipment.
• Communicate results to operations daily and maintain test equipment.
• Prepare reports for internal audits and state agencies.
