Job summary

Hims & Hers is seeking a Workplace Health and Safety Specialist to develop, implement, and maintain safety programs at our Beloit, OH site. The role focuses on risk assessments, training, and investigations to prevent injuries and ensure regulatory compliance.

The back half night shift runs 4:00 pm to 2:00 am; you will collaborate with pharmacy and lab teams, manage waste programs, and coordinate with regulators such as OSHA and EPA to uphold safety standards.

Qualifications

• BS/BA degree in safety or related field.
• 1–2 years of WHS experience.
• Proficient with Google Docs and similar tools.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Implement all new safety programs and oversee behavioral safety initiatives.
• Participate on the Safety Solutions Group.
• Liaise with site regulatory agencies (OSHA, EPA, FDA or state equivalents).
• Respond to inspections and coordinate with Legal on investigations and citations.
• Oversee the site waste program for compliance.
• Oversee on-site contract security.
• Collaborate with pharmacy and lab teams to ensure OSHA/ANSI/NFPA/USP compliance.
• Coordinate with Workers' Compensation at the FC.
