Job summary

NextGen | GTA: A Kelly Telecom Company is hiring a Wireless Network Hardware Engineer for their Plano, TX office. This onsite position requires working from 8pm to 5am, Sunday through Friday. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in LTE, 5G network architecture, and Unix/Linux systems.

Responsibilities include performing scheduled maintenance tasks, executing software upgrades, and troubleshooting network issues. A Bachelor’s degree in engineering with at least 5 years of experience is required.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience or equivalent work experience.
• Good knowledge of UNIX/LINUX operating systems.
• Ability to develop, train, and supervise junior engineers.

Responsibilities

• Work during the Maintenance Window and perform execution of scheduled tasks.
• Troubleshoot and provide support to customers.
• Perform Software and Firmware upgrades on network equipment.
