Job summary

NextGen | GTA: A Kelly Telecom Company is seeking an experienced Wireless Policy Engineer to design, implement, optimize, and support policy and charging platforms for 4G LTE and 5G networks. You will manage PCRF/OCS/PCEF/DPI platforms, working with Amdocs/Openet, Nokia NPC, and Sandvine technologies in a production environment.

The role requires strong Linux/VMware expertise, cloud knowledge, and excellent troubleshooting and communication skills.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in computer science, IT, telecommunications, electrical engineering, or related field.
2-10+ years in carrier-grade wireless core network environments (grade-based).
Hands-on PCRF/OCS/PCF experience; strong with Amdocs/Openet, Nokia NPC, Sandvine.
Experience in high-availability production environments and LTE/5G core knowledge.
Proficient with Linux servers, virtualization, and cloud-native deployment.
Excellent troubleshooting and analytical skills; strong written and verbal communication.

Responsibilities

Design, implement, integrate, optimize, and support policy and charging platforms across 4G/5G.
Administer and lifecycle-manage PCRF/OCS/NPC/PCEF/DPI platforms in production.
Troubleshoot performance issues and ensure high availability.
Collaborate across teams to align policy platforms with core network architectures.
