Job summary

Marvin is hiring a Production Associate in Roanoke, VA. You will move around the facility operating hand and power tools to manufacture premium windows and doors, with structured training and opportunities to cross-train across departments.

Expect an evening schedule Sunday–Thursday 11:00pm–7:00am, with a $2.00/hour premium on the night shift. Marvin offers health insurance from day one, PTO, holidays, a 401(k) match, and wellness benefits.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Desire to work in a fast-paced environment.
• General computer experience.
• Lift, carry, push, and pull objects weighing 10–70 lbs.
• Grip 65 lbs.
• Bend, twist, stoop, and climb.
• Stand and walk on concrete.

Responsibilities

• Assemble products using tools and automated equipment, including drilling holes, measuring parts, cutting parts, or using a saw.
• Communicate clearly in English both orally and in writing to carry out essential job functions and work with your team.
• Read visual and written instructions on a computer screen to retrieve parts and deliver to production lines.
• Cross-train in multiple departments, adding variety to your workday.
