Job summary

Marvin is seeking a Production Associate on the Day Shift in Roanoke to perform repetitive manufacturing and assembly tasks in a safe environment with PPE compliance. You will work with hand and power tools and operate automated equipment to build window products.

The role requires lifting up to 100 lbs for certain tasks, standing on concrete for long periods, and ability to read assembly instructions. Schedule is Mon-Fri 6:30am-2:30pm, with potential overtime and a starting pay of $20.49/hour.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• General computer skills for basic tasks.
• Ability to lift 10–70 lbs, up to 100 lbs for some tasks.
• Stand/walk on concrete for long shifts.

Responsibilities

• Perform repetitive assembly tasks using hand/power tools and automated equipment.
• Retrieve parts from storage and deliver to the line; report defects.
• Conduct light fabrication (drilling, measuring, cutting) for sub-assembly.
• Attach labels and packaging, ensure proper documentation.
• Maintain attendance and comply with PPE and safety requirements.
