Job summary

Marvin in Roanoke, VA is seeking a Production Associate to perform repetitive assembly of high quality window products on a paced production line. This role requires lifting up to 70–100 lbs for certain tasks, standing on concrete, and complying with PPE and safety rules.

You will operate hand and power tools, read assembly instructions, and cross-train across lines. We value attention to detail, reliability, and the ability to work in a team on a fast-moving line.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent (preferred).
• Strong attention to detail.
• Desire to work in a fast-paced environment.
• General experience with computers.
• Lift/carry objects 10–70 lbs; heavier tasks as needed.

Responsibilities

• Perform repetitive assembly tasks using hand/power tools and automated equipment.
• Retrieve parts for the line and report defects to supervision.
• Perform light fabrication (drill, measure, cut, saw) for sub-assemblies.
• Assemble materials to produce sub-assemblies or finished products.
• Report mechanical or material issues to supervision.
• Assist with inventory maintenance and training of new associates.
